Wednesday, February 20, 2019 2:00pm - 3:00pm EST
Host: ALA Legal Marketplace
By: Charles Robinson, Senior Vice President, ServCorp

Coworking and flexible workspace is not only for millennial tech start-ups hanging out at WeWork. There are a mass of different solutions now available that allow law firms to more efficiently and effectively manage their real estate – whether that be in and around your firm’s head office or expanding into a new city.

Learning Objectives:

  • Should your firm consider having access to flexible workspace for at least part of your real estate requirements?
  • Gain an insight into the different flexible workspace options available – virtual offices - coworking – flexible private offices
  • What are the differences between the current flexible workspace providers (WeWork, Regus, Servcorp etc.) and how is the industry likely to evolve in the years ahead with big commercial landlords and others entering the market.
