Additionally, he is the CEO and Founder of GlobalMac IT, a managed service provider started in 2006, that specializes in supporting law firms throughout North America that use Macs with their Proven Process™.
He provides leadership and direction to transform law firm operations, boost profitability and reduce the risk of getting hacked by leveraging technology. His methods are based on over fifteen years of research, testing, and real-world refinement of best practices, working directly with solo lawyers and small to mid-sized firms.
Tom is the author of the ABA Law Practice Division book, "Macs in Law". As a prolific writer, he authored "Legal Boost: Big Profits Through an IT Transformation" and "Hassle-Free Mac IT Support for Law Firms" and has been published in numerous leading legal publications, including Attorney-at-Work, Law Practice Today and Solo Practice University. His weekly blog, Stupid Simple Security Tips, is read by thousands of lawyers and provides simplified recommendations to help stop law firms from getting hacked.
He is the proud and active father of four children and lives with his wife (and mother-in-law) in Cleveland, Ohio.
