Amir was a corporate lawyer at a large international law firm and it was there that he experienced the problem dealcloser solves firsthand. After countless nights pushing paper on deals of all sizes and complexity, Amir thought there had to be a better way of doing things. With a strong interest in entrepreneurship, Amir persued an opportunity to co-found a technology company that solves a very real problem in the corporate law world: the manual and risk-prone transaction process.
